Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary: Up to £35,000
• Up to £37,000 for a more experienced candidate
• Realistic OTE: £40,000 – £42,500
• Attractive bonus scheme and benefits
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• No Saturdays!

We’re looking for a Service/MOT Technician to join a busy and experienced workshop in Bromley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys servicing, repairs, diagnostics and general vehicle maintenance. An MOT Licence would be a significant advantage, but it is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs, including brakes, exhausts and general mechanical work.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
• Inspect, maintain and repair vehicle systems to a high standard.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and keep the Service Team informed throughout the repair process.
• Advise customers on future maintenance requirements.
• Complete all workshop documentation and job records accurately.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• MOT Licence (desirable, but not essential).
• Own tools (desirable).
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of an experienced workshop team.
