We are working with a successful main dealership in Tunbridge Wells that is looking to recruit an experienced Warranty Administrator to join its established and busy team.

Offering a competitive basic salary of £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who understandsdealership warranty processes and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient administration.

Part-time applicants will also be considered, making this a great opportunity for candidates seeking greater flexibility around their working hours.

The Role

As Warranty Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently, helping the dealership maintain high standards and maximise warranty recovery.

You will work closely with the aftersales team to ensure claims are submitted correctly, manufacturer requirements are met and all relevant documentation is maintained.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator role, ideally within a main dealership.

• A strong understanding of dealership warranty processes and procedures.

• Excellent administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A flexible and proactive approach to work.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow established procedures.

• A customer-focused mindset and a commitment to maintaining high standards.

• Experience using Kerridge would be an advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

• Part-time: Also considered for the right candidate.
