An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a successful, well-established automotive dealership in Ashford.

My client is looking for an experienced Used Car Controller or Used Car Sales Manager to drive performance, maximise profitability and support a successful sales team.

The Role

• Source and manage used vehicle stock.

• Oversee vehicle preparation and ensure stock is retail-ready.

• Manage vehicle pricing, valuations and online listings.

• Drive sales performance and achieve departmental targets.

• Coach and motivate the sales team to maximise results.

• Monitor customer enquiries and ensure effective follow-up.

• Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives.

About You

• Previous motor trade sales experience is essential.

• Experience in a used car controller, sales management or senior sales role is preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

• Commercially minded, organised and target-driven.

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.

• Full UK driving licence.
