Used Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager
Sittingbourne, Kent | £30,000 Basic + £65,000 OTE

An established and growing automotive dealership in Sittingbourne is looking for an experienced Used Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to lead its used CV department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Sales Manager to take ownership of a busy department, manage a team of three and drive sales, profitability and overall performance.
The Role
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of 3 Used Vehicle Sales Executives
- Manage used commercial vehicle stock and forecourt presentation
- Oversee vehicle purchasing and stock selection
- Drive used vehicle, finance and profitability performance
- Achieve and exceed departmental targets and KPIs
- Maximise gross profit and overall department performance
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ Sales Management experience
- Automotive experience preferred
- Commercial vehicle experience advantageous but not essential
- Strong understanding of sales, KPIs and profitability
- Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team
- Target-driven, commercially focused and organised
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership
What’s on Offer?
- £30,000 basic salary
