Are you an experienced Transaction Manager looking for a fresh challenge with a successful main dealership?

We’re looking for a driven and commercially focused Transaction Manager to join a high-performing team and play a key role in maximising sales, finance and profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

• Support the sales team in closing and progressing deals
• Structure deals and maximise profit opportunities
• Manage part-exchange valuations
• Present and sell finance, insurance, GAP and add-on products
• Achieve sales and finance targets
• Handle finance proposals, payouts and compliance
• Convert leads and maximise every sales opportunity

About You

• Proven Transaction Manager experience within a main dealer
• FCA accreditation essential
• Strong finance, F&I and vehicle valuation knowledge
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Commercially driven with strong attention to detail
• Customer-focused and a genuine team player

Package

• £35,000 basic / £70,000 OTE
• 5-day week – no Sundays
• Saturday working with a weekday off
• 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays
