An exciting opportunity for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a successful, high-performing main dealership in Eltham.

Working closely with the Head of Business within a small and supportive team, this role offers excellent earning potential and genuine career progression.

The Role

• Support the sales team in progressing and closing deals
• Maximise profit through finance, insurance and additional products
• Present tailored finance solutions to customers
• Complete part-exchange appraisals and vehicle valuations
• Sell finance, GAP, warranties and other add-ons
• Manage finance proposals, documentation and payouts
• Ensure FCA and dealership compliance
• Achieve finance and sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships
• Support audits and compliance requirements

About You

• Previous Transaction Manager experience within a franchised main dealer
• FCA accreditation – essential
• Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Confident with valuations and deal stacking
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Commercially driven and customer-focused
• Able to thrive in a busy dealership environment
