Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 6:00pm

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading main dealership representing a highly desirable automotive brand in Tunbridge Wells.

My client is looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their busy and successful team.

If you have previous automotive experience, enjoy delivering excellent customer service and are looking to develop your career within a respected dealer group, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers visiting the service department.

• Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs.

• Keep customers fully informed throughout the repair process, providing accurate updates and estimated completion times.

• Liaise closely with workshop technicians to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Prepare and complete service documentation accurately and efficiently.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Ensure all manufacturer and dealership processes are followed.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a main dealership or automotive retail environment.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• A professional, confident and well-presented manner.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.

• A positive attitude and strong team-working skills.

• Good administration and computer skills.

• A full UK driving licence.
