Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next career move?

A leading main dealership representing a highly desirable automotive brand is looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Advisor to join its busy service team.

The Role

• Welcome customers and manage vehicle bookings
• Book vehicles in for servicing, maintenance and repairs
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Liaise with technicians and the workshop team
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
• Identify additional opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Complete service administration accurately and efficiently

About You

• Previous Service Advisor or automotive retail experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, confident and well-presented
• Strong organisation and administration skills
• Able to work effectively in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
• Good computer skills
• Full UK driving licence
