A successful main dealer in Maidstone is looking for a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join its busy Service Department.

The Role

• Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Book vehicles in for servicing and repairs
• Advise customers on repair timescales and keep them updated
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Liaise with the workshop and wider dealership team
• Complete basic administration accurately
• Maximise customer satisfaction and repeat business

About You

• Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
• Good knowledge of the motor trade
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional and smart presentation
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively within a busy team
• Full UK driving licence
