Are you an experienced Service Advisor ready for your next move?
A busy and progressive main dealership in Canterbury is looking for a confident Service Advisor to join its established aftersales team, representing a highly desirable automotive brand.
The Role
- Meet and greet customers in the service reception
- Book vehicles in and advise on repair timescales
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Liaise closely with the workshop team
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Complete service administration accurately
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
About You
- Previous Service Advisor experience within the motor trade
- Strong knowledge of dealership processes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, confident and well-presented
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Able to work effectively in a busy team
- Full UK driving licence – essential
