The Role

• Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Book vehicles in for servicing and repairs
• Manage customer updates and expectations throughout the repair process
• Provide advice on servicing and additional work
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Complete relevant administration and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with the workshop and wider dealership team

About You

• Previous Service Advisor experience essential
• Main dealer experience preferred
• Strong motor trade knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional and confident manner
• Positive, proactive and team-focused
• Full UK driving licence
