My client is a well-established main dealership in Ashford and is looking to strengthen their busy workshop team with an experienced and dedicated Master Technician.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong diagnostic skills who wants to work with the latest equipment, receive ongoing manufacturer training and develop their career within a professional dealership environment.

The Role

As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing and major mechanical repairs.
• Diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults using the latest equipment.
• Completing major engine repairs and other technical work to a high standard.
• Supporting the Workshop Controller with the allocation and delegation of work.
• Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Keeping up to date with ongoing manufacturer training and technical developments.
• Working efficiently within a busy, customer-focused workshop.

What We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified Vehicle Technician – Level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Experience carrying out complex mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and positive approach.
• Main dealership experience is desirable but not essential.
