A thriving dealership in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a driven Car Sales Executive to join its successful team and represent a popular, growing automotive brand.

The Role

• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
• Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets
• Sell vehicles, finance, insurance and warranty products
• Manage enquiries and follow up leads effectively
• Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation and professionalism
• Build strong customer relationships and maximise repeat business

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ main dealer sales experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills
• Driven, energetic and target-focused
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced dealership
• Full clean UK driving licence
