My client is a successful main dealership in Southend, representing a hugely popular premium automotive brand, and they’re looking for an experienced and motivated Car Sales Executive to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven, customer-focused and looking to maximise their earning potential while working for a respected and successful dealer group.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote new and used vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards.

• Achieve new and used vehicle sales targets, along with finance and accessory targets.

• Build strong rapport with customers, understand their requirements and recommend the right vehicle and specification.

• Confidently present vehicle features, benefits and ownership options.

• Deliver exceptional levels of customer service throughout the sales process.

• Develop repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships.

• Work effectively within the dealership’s structured sales process.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ car sales experience, ideally within a main dealership.

• Stable career history.

• Experience working within a structured sales process (desirable).

• Full, clean UK driving licence.

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

• Target-driven, motivated and professional approach.
