A busy and successful main dealership in Maidstone is looking for a driven Car Sales Executive to represent a hugely popular premium automotive brand.

The Role

• Sell and promote new and used vehicles
• Achieve vehicle, finance and accessory sales targets
• Build strong customer relationships and identify individual needs
• Present vehicle features and benefits confidently
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maximise repeat and referral business
• Follow dealership and manufacturer sales processes

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ car sales experience
• Main dealer experience preferred
• Stable career history
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience working to a structured sales process desirable
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Full clean UK driving licence
