Our client is a highly successful main dealership in Dartford, representing a busy and high-performing brand. They are looking for a driven and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join their established team.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Selling and promoting new and used vehicles.

• Achieving agreed sales targets across vehicles, finance and additional products.

• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers.

• Understanding customer requirements and recommending the right vehicle and products.

• Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover.

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience to maximise repeat business and referrals.

• Working to dealership and manufacturer standards at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in car sales.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Stable and consistent career history.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Experience working within a structured sales process is desirable.

• Confident, professional and motivated approach.

• Full UK driving licence.
