My client is looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join their busy and successful dealership and become part of an established, high-performing team.

The role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximising every sales opportunity. You will be motivated by achieving targets, increasing your earnings and progressing your career within the motor industry.

You will be expected to sell vehicles alongside a range of additional products, including Finance, Finance-related products, warranties and other add-ons, so previous experience in these areas is essential.

Key skills and experience

• A proven track record in car sales, ideally within a main dealership environment
• A minimum of 2 years’ main dealer experience
• A strong hunger and motivation to achieve sales targets and maximise earnings
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to sell vehicles, Finance, warranties and additional products
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• The ability to identify and pursue every possible sales opportunity
• Professional, confident and enthusiastic approach
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, target-driven team
• Previous experience within the motor industry

Requirements

• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Minimum 2 years’ main dealer experience
• Proven sales experience
• Ability to thrive in a busy dealership environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for sales and the automotive industry
