The Role

• Sell new and used vehicles and achieve sales targets
• Maximise finance, warranty and additional product opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
• Identify and convert every available sales opportunity
• Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to handover
• Work as part of a successful and motivated team

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ main dealer sales experience – essential
• Proven track record in automotive sales
• Experience selling finance, warranties and additional products
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Target-driven, energetic and commercially motivated
• Professional and customer-focused
• Full clean UK driving licence
