My client is looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive to join an already successful and high-performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional who wants to work within a busy dealership, maximise their earning potential and build a long-term career within a strong dealer group.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a target-driven role that requires energy, professionalism, strong communication skills and a genuine hunger for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles to achieve agreed sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their individual requirements.
• Present vehicle features and benefits confidently.
• Sell finance packages and associated products.
• Maximise opportunities through the sale of add-on products and warranties.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.
• Negotiate confidently and close sales effectively.
• Develop repeat and referral business.

Proven experience in selling finance and related products is essential.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ main dealer experience.
• Proven and consistent sales track record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent closing and negotiation ability.
• Confident working within a target-driven, fast-paced dealership environment.
• Proven experience selling finance and additional products.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Motor trade experience is essential.
