A successful and busy main dealership is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join its high-performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven salesperson who wants to maximise their earnings, develop their career and work within a supportive, target-focused environment.

The Role

• Sell new and/or used vehicles to meet and exceed targets
• Identify and maximise every sales opportunity
• Sell finance, warranties and additional products
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding service
• Manage the sales process from enquiry through to handover
• Achieve both individual and dealership targets

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ main dealer sales experience – essential
• Proven track record in automotive sales
• Experience selling finance, warranties and add-on products
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Professional and customer-focused
• Full clean UK driving licence
