We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful and customer-focused dealership in Southend.

The Role

• Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the sales department
• Lead, motivate and develop the sales team
• Drive performance and achieve sales targets
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Assist with stock management, sales processes and compliance
• Help maximise sales opportunities and profitability

About You

• 2+ years’ automotive sales management experience
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving team performance
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused
• Full UK driving licence
