We’re looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive or Assistant Sales Manager to join a successful, high-performing main dealership representing a high-demand automotive brand.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into management, develop their leadership skills and progress their career within a growing dealer group.
The Role
- Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the sales department
- Lead, motivate and develop the sales team
- Manage deals from start to finish, including finance and compliance
- Drive sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Assist with stock, pricing and marketing
- Deputise for the Sales Manager when required
About You
- Proven experience within car sales
- Senior Sales Executive or Assistant Sales Manager experience
- Main dealer experience preferred
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing ability
- Customer-focused and commercially driven
- Full UK driving licence
