Our client, a well-established main dealership in Sittingbourne, is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their busy and successful Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting customers into the Service Reception

• Providing a high level of customer service throughout the service process

• Booking vehicles into the workshop

• Advising customers on repair timescales and costs

• Liaising with the workshop team to ensure work is completed efficiently

• Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process

• Completing relevant administration and paperwork

• Building strong relationships with customers

About You

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Professional and smartly presented

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Full UK driving licence
