Are you an experienced Sales Administrator looking for your next career move within the motor trade?

Our client is a successful and growing automotive dealership in Tunbridge Wells and is looking for an organised, reliable and experienced Sales Administrator to join their busy sales team.

With a high volume of sales, the dealership needs someone who can ensure all sales administration is completed accurately and efficiently, while helping the team deliver an excellent customer experience.

The Role

As a Sales Administrator, you will support the sales team with the full administration process, including:

• Bringing vehicles into stock.

• Creating and maintaining deal packs.

• Completing vehicle history checks.

• Taxing vehicles.

• Invoicing vehicles.

• Funding used stock.

• Maintaining accurate vehicle and customer records.

• Ensuring all sales administration is completed correctly and on time.

• Supporting the Sales Team with general day-to-day administration.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in Sales Administration within the motor trade.

• Strong Kerridge experience is essential.

• A thorough understanding of sales administration processes within a main dealership.

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A professional and presentable manner.

• A positive and proactive approach.

• The ability to work accurately in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• A trustworthy, reliable and friendly personality.

• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.

What’s On Offer?

• £30,000–£32,000 basic salary DOE

• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm

• Full-time, permanent position.
