Car Sales Executive – Dartford

Salary: £16,200 basic salary + OTE £50,000

Working Hours: 5-day working week, including Sundays on a rota

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a busy and successful dealership in Dartford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and target-driven sales professional who is looking to develop their career within the automotive industry.

You will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and exceeding vehicle sales targets

• Building strong relationships with customers

• Handling enquiries and following up leads

• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives

• Negotiating and closing sales

• Discussing finance and additional products with customers

• Maintaining excellent levels of customer service

• Working as part of a successful sales team

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous automotive sales experience and a proven track record of achieving targets.

You will be:

• Confident and professional

• Target-driven and motivated by earning potential

• Passionate about delivering great customer service

• A strong communicator and negotiator

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Full UK driving licence holder

Working Pattern

This is a 5-day working week, with Sundays included as part of the rota.

The great thing is that if you work a Sunday, you will receive another day off during the week, meaning you still have a 5-day working week.
