Main Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service and support in the service department
• Greet customers as they arrive in the service reception
• Schedule bookings, advise on repair timescales, and keep customers informed
• Work effectively as part of a team to deliver outstanding service
• Perform basic administrative tasks
• Use your knowledge of the motor trade to assist customers

Requirements:

• Full UK driver’s license
