BASIC SALARY £21-23,000 + OTE : £26,000 +

My client, a market-leading estate agency with a strong reputation, is looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator with 8-12 months of experience to join their successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a recognized brand with excellent career progression and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Meet and greet customers in person and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.
• Property Matching: Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties for sale.
• Appointment Generation: Actively generate appointments for viewings and valuations, ensuring a steady pipeline of business.
• Property Marketing: Contact potential buyers with new properties that have come onto the market.
• Property Viewings: Conduct property tours for prospective buyers in the local area.
• Administration: Perform general administrative tasks, data entry, and ensure accurate records are maintained.
• Attention to Detail: Be organized, efficient, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience: At least 8-12 months of experience in a sales role, preferably in estate agency.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
• Driving: Full UK driving license and access to your own car is essential.
• Local Knowledge: Preferable but not essential.
