My client, a well-established main dealer in Maidstone, is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a busy, in-demand brand in a supportive and professional environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Sell and promote new vehicles in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Achieve vehicle sales targets, along with accessory and finance goals
• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and present suitable vehicle solutions
• Deliver an outstanding level of customer service to encourage repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years' car sales experience, ideally within a main dealer environment
• A stable and consistent career history
• Experience with a structured sales process (desirable)
• A full UK driving licence (clean preferred)
• A team player with a passion for sales and delivering exceptional service
