We are currently recruiting for a Product Genius to provide an outstanding customer experience at a market-leading dealership. If you're an enthusiastic individual who excels in customer interaction and has a keen interest in the motor industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Product Genius, you will become an expert on our brand and products, guiding customers to make informed decisions when purchasing a vehicle. You'll be the go-to specialist at the dealership, offering insights and advice that ensure our customers have an unforgettable experience.

Day-to-Day Duties

• Assist the branch with various marketing activities, including creating content for our social media platforms and participating in events.
• Continuously learn about our vehicles and manufacturers to provide customers with the best guidance in choosing their perfect car.
• Prepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead, ensuring everything is pristine and ready for customers.
• Organize and accompany customers on test drives, showcasing our vehicles in the best light.
• Provide expert knowledge about our products and answer any questions customers may have.
• Manage handovers for sold vehicles, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for the customer.
• Take photos and videos of cars to enhance our marketing efforts and online presence.

Essential Skills

• Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
• A positive attitude and the drive to deliver great results.
• A passion for going the extra mile to ensure the best experience for customers, from initial contact to after-sales care.
• A full, clean UK driving license.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Previous sales experience is a must.
• A strong desire to learn and grow, with the support and training provided to help you excel in your role.
